Deb Day

Deb Day has a diverse and extensive work experience, primarily in payroll management. Deb started their career in 1981 at Namasco Limited, where they held various positions until 1996. Deb then joined Namasco Corporation as a Corporate Payroll Manager, responsible for integrating 16 offsite payrolls into a shared service environment. After that, they joined Imerys Pigments and Additives as a North American Payroll Manager, where they managed payroll functions and system requirements for the company. Deb also served as a Project Manager, overseeing various payroll system upgrades and implementations. In 2005, they became the Corporate Payroll Manager at DS Waters, managing payroll functions and supervising a team. Deb then worked at ADP as a Payroll Manager from 2006 to 2009. Deb joined Cbeyond as a Payroll Manager in 2009 and remained with the company until 2015 when they joined InComm. At InComm, they initially served as a Director of Payroll Services and then moved on to become the Senior Payroll Manager and finally the Sr Director of Global Payroll Services, where they managed global payroll operations for the FinTech company.

Deb Day has a background in Business Administration from Mohawk College. Deb also attended Sheridan College, but the specific field of study is unknown.
