Eric Baker

Eric Baker has a diverse range of work experience. Eric currently holds the position of VP & Sr. Division Counsel at InComm Payments, where they have been working since 2013. Prior to that, they held various roles at InComm Payments, including Sr. Division Counsel and Division Counsel - InComm InCentives. Before joining InComm Payments, Eric worked as a Senior Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial transactions and providing legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.

Before their time at InComm Payments, Eric worked as a Contract Attorney and Project Manager at Legility. In this role, they drafted and negotiated agreements and implemented contract management protocols. Prior to that, they worked at Bridgehouse Ruckel & Bolthausen, LLC as an Associate Attorney/Foreign Legal Consultant. Here, they focused on drafting and negotiating complex agreements and advising on legal aspects of international business.

Eric's earlier experience includes an internship at Bech-Bruun and Sloan, Eisenbarth, Glassman, McEntire & Jarboe, as well as a legal internship at Payless ShoeSource.

Eric Baker holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Washburn University School of Law, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Eric also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Eric Baker further pursued their education at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, completing their LL.M in Transnational Business Law Practices in 2003.
