Glenn Kessler

Glenn Kessler has extensive experience in tax management and compliance. Glenn has held various leadership roles, including Vice President - Head of Tax at InComm Payments since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Tax, Americas at TP ICAP from 2016 to 2019, where they managed a team and was responsible for tax filings and provisions. Previous positions include Associate Director, Corporate Tax at AIG, Senior Vice President, Tax Director at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Vice President/Tax Director at GAMCO Investors, Inc., and Senior Managing Director/Director of Domestic Taxes at Bear Stearns. Glenn began their career as a Senior Tax Accountant at Salomon Brothers and Experienced Tax Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Throughout their career, Glenn has been actively involved in tax planning, compliance, financial reporting, and audit defense.

Glenn Kessler completed their education at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accountancy from 1979 to 1983. Prior to that, they attended Syosset High School from 1977 to 1979. Additionally, Glenn holds several certifications, including being a Certified Public Accountant in both New York State and the State of Georgia. Glenn is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant and holds Notary Public certifications in Georgia, New Jersey, and New York State.
