Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management consulting. Mike started their career at Insight Global in 2005 as a recruiter and later transitioned into national account management and leadership roles. In 2010, they joined CDI Corporation as a recruiting and sales manager. In 2012, they founded Trucast Careers, a management consulting firm focused on enterprise talent acquisition. During this time, they provided services such as employer branding and LinkedIn recruiter training. In the same year, they also worked as a business development manager at Wintellect, focusing on sales process and digital marketing program development. Since 2015, Mike has been working at InComm Payments, initially as a director of talent acquisition and currently as a senior director of global talent acquisition, responsible for building a world-class employer brand and leading a team of talent acquisition partners.

Mike Phillips attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2001 to 2005. Mike obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations.
