William Bowen

William Bowen has extensive experience in the field of IT, with a strong focus on UNIX system administration. William has worked at various organizations, including InComm Payments, where they currently hold the role of Systems Engineer IV - Team Lead since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Linux System Administrator at InComm Payments from December 2016 to June 2022.

Before joining InComm Payments, William worked at Koch Business Solutions (KBS) for several years. At KBS, they served as the Lead UNIX Analyst from October 2012 to December 2016, overseeing a team responsible for approximately 600 UNIX servers. William also played a key role in creating and presenting technological roadmaps and participating in core leadership meetings.

Prior to their role as Lead UNIX Analyst, William worked as a Supervisor for UNIX Operations at KBS from June 2010 to October 2012. In this capacity, they trained and managed a team of five technical employees, achieving improvements in their productivity. William also ensured adherence to change management processes and the execution of scheduled changes.

Before their time at KBS, William held various positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC - KBS, including Technical Lead from January 2004 to June 2008 and Senior Technical Analyst from January 2000 to December 2003.
