Ditte Østergaard Bak

Ditte Østergaard Bak's work experience includes several roles in HR and people management. Ditte is currently the Head of People & Culture at InCommodities, where they are responsible for HR in the global energy trading organization. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, People & Culture at PanzerGlass, where they led the People & Culture team and was involved in various HR-related functions such as talent management, leadership development, and employment law. Ditte also served as the Head of Global HR at PanzerGlass, overseeing HR operations across all global markets. Before joining PanzerGlass, Ditte worked at Danske Commodities in various HR roles, including HR Partner for the Trading & Origination units and Recruitment & CSR Coordinator. Ditte also has experience in sales and marketing coordination at Hemonto A/S. Throughout their career, Ditte has achieved positive results in areas such as strategic HR development, organizational restructuring, and employee development.

Ditte Østergaard Bak completed their Bachelor's degree in English & Communication at Aarhus University from 2006 to 2009. Ditte further pursued their education at Aarhus University and obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Communication & Public Relations from 2009 to 2011.
