Maja Pind Halling

Maja Pind Halling has extensive experience in employer branding and talent acquisition. Maja currently works at InCommodities as an Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Specialist. Previously, they held various roles at GRUNDFOS, including HR Consultant for Employer Branding and Recruitment, where they focused on attraction and retention of talents. Maja also worked at Kamstrup as an HR & Employer Branding Specialist and Intern, gaining valuable insights into HR and recruitment processes. Additionally, they had a part-time role as a Sales Advisor at Salling Stormagasiner during their time at university. Maja has had other job experiences prior to 2012.

Maja Pind Halling has a diverse education history. Maja obtained a Master's degree in Virksomhedskommunikation / Corporate Communication from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University between the years 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication in English and Communication also at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University from 2012 to 2015.

Maja also had the opportunity to study abroad at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, during their fourth semester of their Bachelor's degree in 2014. Before pursuing higher education, they attended Aarhus Business College from 2007 to 2010, where they completed Handelgymnasiet (HHX).

Apart from their formal education, Maja Pind Halling has obtained several certifications. Maja obtained the certification in HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in March 2022. In January 2018, they acquired certifications in MQ (Motivational Questionnaire), OPQ32 (Occupational Personality Questionnaire), and Verify Ability Testing (Numerical, Inductive, and Verbal Reasoning) from SHL.
