Michael Caputo

Michael Caputo's work experience begins in 2008, where they worked as a Junior Developer at Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Lead Software Engineer at BAM Technologies, where they were responsible for various projects, including an Executive Performance Appraisal Tool. In 2014, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Software Engineer and Product Manager. During their time there, they led a team in developing a Project Tango Image Annotation Software, which won a Lean Startup competition and received funding. Michael also worked on a data visualization tool for Oculus Rift that won first prize at the company's Ideas Festival. Michael co-awarded funding for a Hospital Readmission Prediction Tool and managed its development. Since 2016, Michael has been working at InContext Solutions, where they initially served as the Virtual Reality Team Lead. Michael is currently the Vice President of Product Engineering and is overseeing the modernization of the company's tech stack and preparing for future advancements.

Michael Caputo pursued their education in Information Sciences & Technology from 2003 to 2007 at Penn State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree.
