Jon Andres is currently the Vice President of Supplier Performance & Delivery at Incora, a position held since 2024. Previously, Jon served in various roles at Bell Flight, including Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Manufacturing Supervisor, after completing the Textron Leadership Program focused on Integrated Supply Chain. Jon's military experience includes serving as an Infantry & Reconnaissance Team Leader in the U.S. Army and as a Drill Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve. Jon holds a BBA in Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2005 and 2007.
