Marcin Trzciński

Marcin Trzciński has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Marcin began their career at Wigmors as a Sales Specialist in the field of refrigeration for a few months in 2010. Marcin then joined Pruftechnik Wibrem as a Mechanical Engineer/Field Engineer, where they worked for almost 8 years until January 2018. Afterward, Marcin joined DeLaval as a Product Specialist, responsible for managing aftermarket products, supporting products in terms of serviceability, and collaborating with various departments within and outside the company. Marcin worked at DeLaval until July 2020. Currently, Marcin works at Incora as a Technical Engineer, where they oversee and guides the team's activities to ensure high performance and achievement of KPIs. Marcin also undertakes continuous improvement actions and training to enhance internal and external processes and efficiencies.

Marcin Trzciński obtained their MSc degree in Mechanics and Machine Building from Wroclaw University of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2009.
