Monil Dalal is an accomplished manufacturing and quality engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as the Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Incora since June 2019. Responsible for resolving quality and manufacturing issues across over 3000 suppliers for major Aerospace OEMs, Monil effectively manages teams across multiple global locations. Prior roles include Director of Operations at M.K. Industries and various engineering positions at Rolls-Royce, where Monil led cost reduction activities and yield improvement projects, contributing significantly to operational efficiency. Monil holds a Master's degree in Advanced Metallurgy from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
