Simon Stephens

Simon Stephens has had a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Simon currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Sourcing and Procurement at Incora since April 2022, and prior to that, they were Vice President of Global Operations Procurement since May 2020. Simon also worked at Pattonair as Vice President of Procurement Projects from March 2020 to May 2020. Before that, Simon had a long tenure at Cobham, where they held various roles such as VP of Programme Management Transformations, Business Transformation Lead, ERP Business Deployment Lead, VP of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Business Improvement Manager, Site Transition Lead, Senior Program Manager, and Operations Director, from 2002 to 2020.
