Tracee Thomas

Tracee Thomas serves as the General Counsel for Incora, overseeing the global legal team and managing various legal functions, including litigation management, compliance, and corporate governance across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Prior to this role, Tracee held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Axiom, specializing in HR, EHS, Global Real Estate, IP, and Commercial matters, representing notable clients such as Verizon Wireless and Kraft Heinz. Tracee's extensive legal experience includes serving as Vice President & General Counsel at PEC, PLLC, and Senior Counsel at Energy Future Holdings, where complex commercial transactions and litigation were key responsibilities. Additionally, Tracee has corporate counsel experience from Contran Corporation and began as a law clerk at The Law Offices of Rhonda Hunter. Tracee holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Xavier University of Louisiana.
