Will’s background includes roles at Lockheed Martin, Meggitt, Rolls-Royce, Zeal Electronics Ltd, Getinge, and Goodrich, with positions ranging from Project Manager and Technical Subcontract Manager to Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Will holds a Postgraduate Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing Competence Excellence (Aerospace) from Cranfield University, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering and Business Management and a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
