Amina ElShal

Amina ElShal has worked in the software engineering industry since 2004. Amina started their career at Crystal Mind as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for gathering requirements, analysis and design, and implementation of the system modules. In 2008, they joined Telepin Software as a Software Developer, where they developed and enhanced System Reports and participated in implementing payment providers. Amina was later promoted to Senior Software Developer, and then Software Engineering Team Lead. In 2015, they joined Incorta as a Development Manager, where they collaborated effectively with all team members, defined and improved development and QA process, and provided high level technical assessments and estimates of projects. Amina was later promoted to Senior Engineering Manager.

Amina ElShal has an education history that includes a Diploma in Software Development from ITI (2003-2004), a Software Life Cycle course from MCIT/SECC (2006-2007), and a Communication Engineer program from Zagazig University. Amina also holds a certification in Learning GraphQL from LinkedIn obtained in April 2019.
