Eman Rafik has been working in the software engineering industry since 2019. In that year, they began their career as a Software Development Intern at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, where they worked as a Java developer and dealt with REGEX for text-processing. Eman was also assigned sub-tasks in the phase of adding features to the Arabic part of UNL dictionary project. In 2019, they also began their role as an Information Technology Trainee at Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance (EPROM). In 2020, they worked as a Software Development Intern at Rubikal. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Incorta and as a Teaching Assistant at Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt.

Eman Rafik is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Engineering at Alexandria University, which they began in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Alexandria University, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, Eman Rafik has obtained four certifications from IBM, including an Artificial Intelligence Analyst - Explorer Award 2019, an Artificial Intelligence Analyst - Mastery Award 2019, an IoT Cloud Developer - Mastery Award 2019, and an IoT Cloud Developer - Explorer Award 2019.
