Heba Gado has been working in the quality control engineering field since 2012. Heba Gado began their career as a trainee at Telecom Egypt, where they completed an internship that included a theoretical and practical component. In 2017, they became a Software Quality Control Engineer while a student at Information Technology Institute (ITI). Heba Gado then worked as a Quality Control Engineer for Ibtikar Technologies in 2018, before taking a similar role at Incorta in 2019.

Heba Gado's education history includes a degree from the Faculty of Engineering Alexandria University, where they studied Communication and Electronics and obtained a Good degree. Heba Gado also has a Diploma from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in Software Testing. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Git Essential Training: The Basics from LinkedIn in June 2020, Python for Data Science Essential Training Part 1 from LinkedIn in February 2020, ISTQB Agile Tester in June 2018, and ISTQB Foundation Level in February 2018.
