Moneim Serry began their career in 2011 as an Oracle Apps DBA consultant at Beshara Group. In 2012, they moved to Oracle where they worked as a Technical Consultant. In 2017, they joined Incorta and held the role of Senior BI Support Engineer, Expert BI Support Engineer, and Manager, Customer Support - Strategic Accounts.

Moneim Serry obtained a B.Sc. in Computer and Information from Cairo University between 2004 and 2008. In 2010, they obtained an Oracle 11g Certified Associate from the Oracle Certification Program. In 2019, they obtained Azure Administration Essential Training from LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn.
