Alizée Lamour

Alizée Lamour is an experienced professional in product management and customer success within the luxury and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Cheffe de projet SIRH at Incotec Software since June 2020, Alizée previously held the role of Customer Success Manager for Fashion, Luxury, and Cosmetics at Launchmetrics from July 2018 to July 2019. Alizée's background includes guest relations and customer experience positions at prestigious hotels such as Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg and Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile, where exceptional service was paramount. Earlier experience includes roles at Hotel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes and Villa del Palmar Cancun Beach Resort and Spa.
