Efrat Zaks

Efrat Zaks is an experienced business operations leader with a strong background in driving operational efficiency and implementing sales methodologies. Currently serving as VP Business Operations at Incredibuild since February 2021, Efrat previously held the role of VP Business Operations at Allot, where responsibilities included establishing a Sales Ops team and creating scalable processes. Efrat also served as Director of Sales Ops & Renewals Sales Global ENT at Allot, leading a global sales renewal team and developing alignment processes. Earlier experience includes roles at NICE Ltd. as Ops and Infrastructure Manager, ClickSoftware as Marketing Operations Manager, and NICE Systems as Sales Operations Manager. Efrat has a Master’s degree in Information Systems focused on BPM and innovation from Stevens Institute of Technology.
