Jonathan Hill

Jonathan Hill is currently the Fitness Center Director at Incrediplex, where they utilize extensive experience in nonprofit management and community engagement. They were instrumental in the development of multiple YMCAs, notably nurturing a startup YMCA in Scottsburg, IN, into a thriving organization with three locations and a strong community presence. Jonathan's past roles include CEO at the Washington County Family YMCA and Executive Director at various YMCAs, where they led numerous successful capital campaigns and enhancements in program growth. With a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management from Indiana University Bloomington and an Associate's in Accounting, Jonathan remains committed to making a positive impact in others' lives through their work.
