Michael Herb

Michael Herb is a highly experienced software engineer with expertise in network automation solutions and web development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Visionary Technologies, Inc., Michael focuses on designing and implementing green field network automation utilizing technologies such as Node.js and Spring Boot. As an Engineering/Web Consultant at IncrediTek, Inc. since 2006, Michael has developed secure business tracking websites for manufacturing and project management using Nginx, MariaDB, and PHP. Prior experience includes 27 years at Ciena, where Michael held several roles, including Senior Consultant and Automation Architect, contributing to projects involving container-based Java solutions and element management systems. Michael's early career included positions at Texas Instruments, where software engineering skills were applied in the oil and gas sector.
