Amerendra Kumar

Amerendra Kumar has over 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting as a Recruitment Specialist at HANAENI in 2016, they then moved on to PITCS as a Senior HR Executive in 2017. Amerendra'scareer progressed to Furlenco, where they held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Senior Executive Human Resources. Currently, Amerendra is working at Increff, where they have transitioned from a Human Resources Associate to a Lead HR Business Partner role. Amerendra'sresponsibilities have included recruitment, talent acquisition, and strategic HR planning.

Amerendra Kumar completed their schooling at DAV Public School, Ranchi from 1998 to 2010. Amerendra then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and graduated from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in 2014. Later, they obtained a Master's degree from the same university in 2019. In 2020, they also completed various certifications in areas such as Organizational Learning and Development, Six Sigma Foundations, and Talent Management through LinkedIn.
