Harssh Tyaagi is a seasoned professional in technology and operations, currently serving as a Senior Technical Delivery Engineer in the Product Oriented Delivery Team at Increff since June 2024. Previously, Harssh held the position of Operations Manager at Flipkart, where management of over 150 team members ensured operational excellence in a hybrid hub environment. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead NCR at Amazon, with a focus on enhancing the supply chain and customer experience. Harssh co-founded the EPIC Youth Club, fostering talent among students at Chitkara University, and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Vice President at Parikalp and Secretary at Amity University. Harssh also possesses a robust educational background, including an MBA focused on Marketing and Operations from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Chitkara University.
