Till Bay

Till Bay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Till started their career as an Intern at IBM Research in 2001, before moving on to work as a Software Developer at IBM for six months. Till then joined soXes GmbH as a Project Manager, where they worked for two years. In 2003, Till joined ETH Zurich as a Lecturer and remained in this role until 2008. During this time, they also worked as a Software Developer at Eiffel Software for a brief period in 2006. In 2008, Till became the CEO of Comerge AG and held this position until 2018. Currently, they are the CEO of Incremed AG, a position they have held since 2018.

Till Bay's education history begins in 1998 when they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Till then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science at ETH Zürich from 2000 to 2003.

After completing their Master's degree, Till Bay continued their studies at ETH Zürich, obtaining a Didactical Certificate in Computer Science from 2001 to 2007. During this time, in 2003, they also achieved a Dr. sc. ETH degree in Computer Science from ETH Zürich.
