Roy Behounek

Roy Behounek is an experienced Enterprise Architect at Telefónica Tech, specializing in architecting solutions around the Dynamics 365 CE platform since October 2021. Prior to this role, Roy served as a Senior Solution Architect at Capgemini and has extensive experience in building bespoke CRM solutions with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple companies, including K3 Business Technologies and MicroChannel. With a strong background in software engineering, Roy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of South Africa, obtained in 2009.
