John Crosier

Vice President, Business Development at InCrowd

John Crosier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John began their career at Fidelity Investments as a Stock Broker and later transitioned into the role of Business/System Analyst, where they managed small projects and coordinated with development and quality assurance teams.

Following their time at Fidelity Investments, John joined Harbour Capital, an equipment finance company, where they worked on small and medium ticket equipment financing deals. John also specialized in helping owners of franchise businesses obtain financing for new locations and remodeling.

John then joined Technology Business Research, Inc. as an Account Executive, responsible for managing and growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients. At Cogent Research, which was later acquired by Market Strategies, they served as a Business Development Manager, selling syndicated and custom research services to clients in the financial services, life sciences, and consumer goods industries.

Subsequently, at The Echo Group, John established a sales and marketing process for the medical and behavioral health billing division. Their responsibilities included market research, phone prospecting, developing marketing collateral, cold calling, exhibiting at trade shows, and attending industry association meetings.

Before their current role at InCrowd, Inc as the Vice President of Business Development, John worked at Market Strategies as a Business Development Manager. There, they developed and maintained relationships with clients, increased penetration across organizations, cross-sold research services, and made recommendations for stand-alone products and bundled offerings.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated their expertise in business development, account management, market research, and sales.

John Crosier obtained a Certificate in Webmaster Technology from Daniel Webster College, specializing in Computers and Networking, from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire between 1993 and 1997.
