Randi Perry

Randi Perry is Chief Human Resources Officer for Apollo, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management to the firm. She oversees strategic and tactical activities for Apollo, SurveyHealthcareGlobus (SHG), and InCrowd, including recruiting, compensation, values creation and culture, rewards and recognition, performance management, organizational development, talent development, and benefits administration. Prior to joining the Apollo team, Randi lead human resources for SHG. Before SHG she served as Human Resources Advisor for ATCO Structures & Logistics, a construction and manufacturing plant, where she handled all employee relations, including coaching for team leads and supervisors. Additionally, she held HR roles within Whisper Creek Log Homes, ADT Security Services and Lady Luck Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Ms. Perry earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University.
