Gilsa

Gilsa has over 10 years of experience in marketing and project management. Gilsa started their career as a project head at Tommy Gun, an internet advertising agency. There, they were responsible for filling the brief for the development of the site, conducting market research and competitor analysis, creating a site prototype in the Axure program, and writing instructions for managing site content on different cms (netcat, wordpress, bitrix, etc.) for site owners. Gilsa also managed work processes in the company, delegating tasks for narrow specialists (design, layout, programming), controlling the timely execution of tasks, and quality control of layout and search for bugs on existing sites. After filling sites with content, they left Tommy Gun to become a consumer marketing specialist at Shook 360 from July 2020 to December 2020. Currently, Gilsa is an independent partner at inCruises.

Gilsa completed a specialist program in business, management, marketing, and related support services at Chelyabinsk State University.

A direct report to Gilsa is and Jael - Level 2. Gilsa reports to Luis Francisco, Marketing Director. They are on a team with Vladimir - Level 1, Abigail - Level 1, and Maxima - Level 1.
