Nitiraj S. is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Incuspaze since February 2025 and as Founder of Aumtics Technologies since April 2023. Previously, Nitiraj held the position of Director - Technology at Table Space Technologies from April 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities included designing next-generation applications for construction and revenue management. From April 2019 to April 2022, Nitiraj was the Vice President - Technology at Smartworks, achieving significant advancements in proptech by launching multiple SaaS products and digital platforms and earning the “Coworking Technology of the Year” award for two consecutive years. Nitiraj began the career as a Solution Architect at Smarten Spaces in 2018. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
