Andrew Rabbitt has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Andrew is currently the CEO and co-founder of incuto, a socially profitable business that delivers advanced technology platforms for Credit Unions, Community, and Challenger Banks. The aim of incuto is to provide organizations with the necessary technology and support to grow their membership, increase loan books, boost savings, reduce risk, and become operationally effective.

Before their current role, Andrew was the CEO and Founder of Perception BI from 2008 to 2016. Andrew also co-founded Cockpit Consulting in 2008 and served as the CTO. Prior to that, they were a Non-Exec Director (Finance & Technology) at Sterling Financial Solutions from 2001 to 2008.

In addition, Andrew worked at Orange as a Senior Technology Business Analyst from 2007 to 2007 and previously as a Settlement Analyst from 2005 to 2007. Andrew also held the position of Finance & IT Director at Leeds Irish Health and Homes from 2001 to 2005.

Andrew Rabbitt attended Leeds Grammar School from 1991 to 1999. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. Following their time at Leeds Grammar School, Andrew went on to attend The Open University from 2003 to 2005. Here, they earned a degree in Accountancy, specifically a Certificate in Accounting.
