INCUVA was created as an incubator for technological projects. Over the past 25 years, it has built, scaled and exited ventures in digital manufacturing, biotech, agrotech, tourism and regulated innovation.
Today, it is refocusing on a specific problem: the gap between the AI systems being built and people's actual ability to use them judiciously.
Our response is to design cognitive systems, assistants that do not execute faster, but rather accompany humans to think better before acting. To detect what you are not seeing at the moment of decision.
We work in two areas:
Cognitive AI design — architectures that incorporate metacognition, confidence calibration and reasoning review. Systems that know when they do not know.
Venture building with AI — our own 6-phase methodology for detecting opportunities, building minimum viable structures and adapting without attachment. Now accelerated with AI tools.

If your company interacts with people and does not have a cognitive layer in its AI products, let's talk.
