Amanda Smith is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in the field of medical biochemistry. Currently serving as a Principal Investigator and Scientific Researcher at Incyte since November 2021, Amanda has previously held the position of Research Associate at Washington University in St. Louis from June 2016 to February 2022. Prior to this, Amanda was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Translational Research Institute Australia from June 2013 to May 2016. Amanda holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours in Human Bioscience, also from the University of Newcastle, obtained in 2008.
