Andrew Poll is a seasoned commercial and market access leader currently serving as the Senior Director, UK&I Head of Value, Access, Pricing and Pipeline Strategy at Incyte. With a diverse background in multinational pharmaceutical companies, Andrew's previous roles include Associate Director of Market Access at Gilead Sciences and Market Access and Economic Affairs Director for the UK, Ireland, and North Europe Cluster at Pierre Fabre Group. Andrew has also excelled as the Head of Market Access UK at Amgen and held various health outcomes, training, and sales management roles at GSK. Educated with an MSc in Health Economics from the University of Aberdeen and a PGDIP in Public Health from the University of Bedford, Andrew is furthering education in Leadership and Management at The Open University.
