Cathleen Peipher

Cathleen (Hasulak) Peipher currently holds the position of Associate Director, Global Clinical & Medical Operations at Incyte, a role commenced in May 2017 after serving as Manager, Global Medical Affairs Operations. Prior to joining Incyte, Cathleen was the Chief Domestic Operating Officer at Peipher Family, LLC, from October 2009 to May 2017, during which time a professional sabbatical was taken to focus on family and community involvement. Earlier experience includes significant roles at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, ranging from Launch Planning Director to Chief of Staff for Emerging Brands, and positions at Squibb Diagnostics, Healthways Communications, Merck, Sharp and Dohme, and E.R. Squibb & Sons. Cathleen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Connecticut State University, completing studies between 1978 and 1982.
