Danielle McLean

Danielle McLean is an experienced medical writer and director, currently serving as Associate Director and Principal Medical Writer at Incyte since October 2025. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions at NuCana plc from May 2018 to October 2025, including Director of Medical Writing, Medical Writing Manager, and Principal Medical Writer. Danielle's career began with roles at Chiltern, Quintiles, and academic positions at the University of Vermont, University of South Florida, and Yale University. Danielle earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cardiovascular Science from The University of Edinburgh and holds both a Master of Science (MSc) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Life Sciences and Biological Sciences, respectively, from the same institution.
