Dave Gardner

Dave Gardner serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Incyte since September 2025. Previously, Dave held the position of Partner at Rock Springs Capital from May 2015 to September 2025 and was a Member of the Board of Directors at Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. from February 2021 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Dave worked as a Vice President at BlackRock from October 2006 to May 2015. Dave holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Virginia, completed in 2005.
