Jane Watts

Jane Watts possesses extensive experience in regulatory affairs, particularly in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls), with a career spanning over three decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs-CMC at Incyte since February 2012, Jane oversees regulatory CMC aspects for R&D and commercial projects and acts as the liaison with global health authorities. Prior roles include Director of Regulatory Affairs-CMC at Forest Laboratories and Director of Global Regulatory Affairs-CMC at Pfizer, where Jane led global CMC efforts and maintained communication with the FDA. Jane’s career began in medical technology, with positions at Nathan Littauer Hospital and Slocum Dickson Medical Group, alongside a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from Utica College.
