Julia Orescan is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in compensation and human resources operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global HR Operations at Incyte since August 2019, Julia has progressed from the role of Associate Director and prior to that, was Sr. Manager of Compensation & HRIS at Incyte Corporation. Julia’s background includes significant roles at Endo Pharmaceuticals as Sr. Compensation Consultant, and Tyco Safety Products as Sr. Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed the delivery of compensation solutions for thousands of employees globally. In academia, Julia contributed as a Faculty Fellow at the University of Delaware, teaching strategic human capital management. Earlier career experiences include positions at Bank of America, MBNA America, and a consultancy role at SAP America, coupled with a strong educational foundation in Communication from the University of Delaware.
