Mark LaPilusa has over 25 years of experience in the oncology and hematology fields. Starting a career at Novartis as a Sales Representative and later a Hospital Sales Specialist from June 1991 to December 1996, Mark transitioned to Novartis Oncology as an Executive Oncology Specialist from March 1998 to February 2020. Following this, Mark joined Incyte in February 2020, where roles included Hematology Oncology Specialist and Senior Hematology Oncology Specialist until July 2024.
