Matthew Mesley

Matthew Mesley, MD, has a robust background in medical science and education, currently serving as a Medical Science Liaison at Incyte since October 2024. Previously, Matthew held positions including Medical Science Director at Medexus Pharmaceuticals from April 2022 to January 2024, and Medical Science Liaison roles at Syneos Health and Sanofi Genzyme, among others. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at both Chatham University and the University of Pittsburgh, where Matthew also completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship. Matthew earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Caribbean Medical University and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
