Mike Pearson

Mike Pearson, CPA, MST, currently serves as the VP of Global Tax at Incyte since November 2022. With extensive experience in tax management, Mike previously held the position of VP-Corporate Tax at UGI Corporation from 2008 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing global tax policies and minimizing tax risks to enhance profitability. Earlier roles included International Tax Manager at ACE Group, Senior Tax Accountant at AmeriGas Propane, Tax Analyst at DuPont, and Senior Accountant at Fischer Cunnane & Associates Ltd. Mike holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
