Pat Carroll is a seasoned Dermatology Business Director with a robust background in sales leadership and team management. They began their professional journey as a Professional Basketball Player before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, where they held various roles, including Inside Sales Representative and Virtual District Sales Manager at Touchpoint Solutions. Pat has served in multiple leadership positions at Inizio Engage, culminating in their current role as Senior Director of Commercial Contact Center. Additionally, Pat co-founded Carroll Brothers, focusing on developing student-athletes through a growth mindset and basketball training. They earned an M.S. in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University.
