Simon Gibbs is an experienced haematologist with a significant background in amyloidosis research and treatment. Currently serving as Senior Director at Incyte since June 2025, Simon has previously held roles including Director of Partnership and Philanthropy at Australian Amyloidosis Network Ltd and Amyloidosis Professorial Fellowship at BridgeBio. A co-founder and Chair of the Australian Amyloidosis Network from December 2015 to December 2023, Simon has also directed the Victorian and Tasmanian Amyloidosis Service, providing extensive diagnostic and management support for amyloidosis patients. Additional roles include Consultant Haematologist leading myeloma and amyloidosis at Eastern Health and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Monash University.
