Steven Flostrand

Steven Flostrand is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in value, access, and pricing strategy within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at Incyte, Steven is responsible for the VAP strategy for the Inflammation and Immunology portfolio, focusing on initiatives such as the launch of Opzelura in Europe. Prior roles include leadership positions at Celgene, where responsibilities encompassed driving pricing and reimbursement success for hematology products, as well as significant contributions at IQVIA and CREATIV-CEUTICAL LIMITED in market access and pricing strategy. Steven's career began at Coca-Cola and SmithKline Beecham, where foundational skills in marketing and brand development were established.
