Tom Tray

Tom Tray, CPA, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Since June 2005, Tom has served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Incyte, where responsibilities include overseeing SEC reporting, managing the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Project, and leading financial audits. Prior to this role, Tom was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on financial statement audits for major pharmaceutical clients like GlaxoSmithKline and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Tom began the career as an intern at Cigna Corporation, contributing to internal audits. Tom holds an Executive MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University.
