Nicolas H.

Nicolas H. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Nicolas currently works as a Travel Operations Assistant at Indagare. Prior to this role, they were a Project Manager & Experience Designer at Kanuwa Travel, where they received a grant to create a boutique luxury travel company in Ecuador. As part of this role, they conducted extensive research on the luxury travel industry in Latin America and developed customer acquisition strategies.

Before Kanuwa Travel, Nicolas worked as a Sustainability and Real Estate Research Assistant at BocaValdivia, where they co-developed curricula for sustainable agriculture and energy use in rural communities. Nicolas also examined sustainability reporting systems and created pitch decks for environmental protection projects along Ecuador's coast.

During their time at Bowdoin College, Nicolas held multiple roles including CXD Video Production and Digital Media Intern, Admissions and Student Aid Digital Media Intern, and Collections Assistant at the Bowdoin College Museum of Art. In these positions, they produced videos, processed and organized footage, contributed content to social media platforms, and conducted research on art collections.

Nicolas H. completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma at the International Baccalaureate in May 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they attended Bowdoin College and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government & Legal Studies and Latin American Studies. In 2020, Nicolas also pursued further education by enrolling in the Harvard Business School Online and obtained a CORe Credential of Readiness. Additionally, in the same year, they participated in a Semester Abroad program at the Middlebury Language Schools, focusing on European and Latin American Studies. In 2019, Nicolas went to Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for a Semester Abroad program with an emphasis on European Politics. Prior to college, from 2015 to 2017, they attended THINK Global School, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
