Oscar Flores

Oscar Flores is currently the Encargado de Programas Territoriales at INDAP in Región de Aysén, where they focus on supporting small farmers and promoting direct marketing of agricultural products. With experience at Instituto de desarrollo agropecuario since 2005, they have been responsible for organizing fairs that connect producers with consumers and advocate for shorter marketing circuits. Oscar previously held various positions within INDAP from 1991 to 1995, including Jefe de área in Chaitén and Coyhaique. They hold a degree in Agronomy from Universidad Austral de Chile and a Diplomado en Gestión Pública from Universidad Diego Portales.
