Morgane Carle

Morgane Carle possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chargée de missions RH at Inddigo since January 2023, focusing on the structuring of GPEPP processes. Previously, Morgane held the position of Chargée missions RH at SAF Aerogroup from November 2020 to December 2022, supporting HR functions in a growth-driven environment. Morgane’s background includes significant roles at Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est from 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed HR development and management for 280 employees, along with operational support for SIRH implementations. Earlier experience with Bouygues Energies & Services involved operational HR tasks and coordination of educational partnerships, starting from an apprenticeship role.
