Hayley Wright is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across different organizations. Currently serving as GM People at Inde Technology since November 2024, Hayley previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Comrad Medical Systems from May 2021 to November 2024. Earlier, Hayley was Head of People Southern at 2degrees, where a strategic focus on HR initiatives aligned with company goals was a primary responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at Snap, HR Advisor and Recruitment Advisor at Christchurch City Council, and Recruitment Consultant at Hudson Global Resources. Hayley commenced a career in recruitment as Team Coordinator for Executive Recruitment at Lloyd Morgan and began in education as a Scale A Teacher at Hampstead School. Hayley earned a Bachelor of Teaching & Learning from the University of Canterbury between 1999 and 2001.
